Topmortgage.com Only Makes $1,250 at Domain Round Table 2009 - 24/06/2009
The only mortgage related domain to sell at the Domain Round Table auction this year was topmortgage.com and it's sale price of $1,250 really shows how depressed the market for real estate related domains is at the moment.
Property.net & More Sold at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. New York Auctions - 04/10/2008
A number of property related domain names came up for auction at the T.R.A.F.F.I.C. New York auctions on 26th September and in the online extended auction which finished on 2nd October. The highlight was the sale of property.net for $22,500 at the premium names auction. Although $22.5K is a high price for a .net domain we might have expected more given the word in question, maybe the sellers picked the wrong time to sell with the current ddownturn in the property market generally.

The great single word .com real estate domain villas.com sold this week for over $478,149 US at a Sedo.com Great Domains auction, after over three hours of additional bidding (bids within a certain time of the end of the auction add additional time to the auction).
